收到openai发送的封禁邮件，真是里外受气

收到了openAI发的封禁邮件，相信会有越来越多的小伙伴收到。正文如下：

After a thorough investigation, we have determined that you or a member of your organization are using the OpenAI API in ways that violate our policies.

Due to this breach we are halting access to the API immediately for the organization Personal. Common reasons for breach include violations of our content policy, repeated attempts at disallowed use-cases, or accessing the API from an unsupported location. You may also wish to review our Terms of Use.

If you believe this is in error and would like to appeal, please contact us through our help center. We will review appeals within one business day and will contact you if we reinstate access to the API.

使用ChatGPT真是两头受气，国外不让国内注册，然后国内也抵制墙了不让用。我们被夹在中间里外受气！技术被卡脖子真是难受啊！

对于chatgpt的API的使用策略，只是从内容到使用地的简单叙述，一切解释权都在openAI公司。

期待三月百度能推出文心一言，更期望文心一言和ChatGPT的差距不要太大，虽然我并没抱太大指望。
